2025 Easement application deadline is december 31, 2025

An application for the purchase of a conservation easement will only be accepted if the application meets the minimum criteria, and the application is completed in full and all required documentation is submitted.  A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $100 is also required.  Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program, nor does it obligate the landowner, the County of Wayne or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
